INSULATION SYSTEMS
Depending on the temperature range, the insulation system is different. For cold fluids we use elastomeric insulation, injected polyurethane and cellular glass (Foamglas™), but for hot fluids we use rock wool, ceramic wool and silica.
Regardless of the insulation system, all the products that we use are up to code in the security and environmental European requirements.

COATING OF THE INSULATION
The latest machinery and technology and the knowledge of manual cutting allow us to design the coating of the insulation efficiently and at a high quality standard. We can produce any size and form to coat the insulating material. This aesthetic and protection coat can be finished in different looks depending on the client’s needs: aluminium colour, white lacquered aluminium, stainless steel and galvanized steel.
MACHINE WORK & MANUAL WORK
Throughout the years we’ve introduced a series of technical improvements that have made production easier and a better quality final product. This allows us to be very efficient when designing and cutting the metal sheets for the pieces of a project.
But also, we’ve kept on using manual design and cutting for some of the special pieces of each project. This is why all our personnel knows basic geometry and has the essential knowledge to produce these special pieces in a manual way.
